IT Sales Manager

AyoTech is a fast-growing web development company. Our professional and creative team provides the best and state-of-the-art solutions to our customers worldwide. We mainly focus on online ecommerce platforms, developed ecommerce solutions for B2C and B2B sectors. Our customers come from various industries and include both start-ups and large organizations. We strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. Currently, we are looking for a talented, experienced, and motivated IT Sales Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our team and to boost our sales through personal selling, sales promotion, and other promotional mix tools using.

Job Responsibilities

  • – Build a strong relationship with customers and understanding their needs
  • – Find customers through online platforms using existing tools
  • – Writing business letters and proposals, creating email campaigns and cold emails
  • – Communicate with existing and potential customers
  • – Develop an effective sales strategy and suggest sales process improvements
  • – Promoting company's products and services in B2C and B2B sectors
  • – Help customers responding to any technical questions in cooperation with the team
  • – Develop and expand the client base through networking and follow up calls
  • – Designing and implementing a strategic sales and targets
  • – Manage workload, organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
  • – Set up and develop a customer database
  • – Establish and meet sales targets and sales performance

Required Qualifications

  • – Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position (as a IT sales Manager)
  • – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian (other languages is a plus)
  • – Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • – Strong negotiation, presentation, management and leadership skills
  • – Effective time management skills and analytical thinking
  • – Ability to work within a team
  • – Ability to work under pressure
  • – Attention to details
